APYork is a letting agency specialising in student accommodation with a portfolio of residential housing. All the student properties are near the two major (higher) educational establishments – the University of York and York St John’s University. All the residential properties are located within or close proximity to the city centre.

As a husband and wife team, Robert and Liz, with the invaluable assistance of Kim, who has now been part of the team for four years, we aim to offer a friendly and efficient service. As a small agency, we know the properties thoroughly and are able to provide a personal service.
