Founded in 2006, Belvoir Northampton has developed a reputation for giving clear, straight-forward, property advice. We sell multiple properties each week, manage over 600 on the rental side, and act on a ‘tenant-find’ basis for another 200 or so. But we go further than most agents in that we help buy to let investors find property, and assist self-managed landlords who have run into problems with their tenancies, and deal with medium scale property refurbishment.
